01 ENQUIRY
After you get in touch, we arrange a quick conversation to learn about your property, the work you are considering and what you would like to achieve. This helps us understand whether your project suits our services, confirm that we are the right team to help and arrange the next step.
02 SITE VISIT
We meet you at your property to understand your ideas and assess important site details such as access, levels, measurements and existing outdoor areas. We also discuss how you want the space to look and function, along with your priorities, preferred timeframe, materials and budget.
Where possible, we will identify any likely council consent, engineering or specialist requirements during the visit so you understand the expected pathway early. Straightforward projects can then move directly to quoting, while larger or more detailed projects may require a landscape plan first.
03 LANDSCAPE PLAN
For larger projects involving multiple services, we may require a landscape plan before providing the final quote. The plan brings the overall layout, hard landscaping, planting, materials, pool placement and other important features together in one clear design.
This helps you picture how the finished outdoor space will work, make informed decisions and agree on the project scope. It also gives our team the detail needed to prepare accurate fixed pricing and a practical plan for construction.
04 QUOTE PRESENTATION
Once the project scope is established, we meet with you to present and explain the quote. Together, we review the agreed work, materials and finishes, what is included, the fixed project price and any important conditions.
If a landscape plan was prepared, the quote will reflect the final agreed design. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and make sure everything is clear before approving the project.
05 APPROVAL AND PRE-START
Once you approve the quote and landscape plan, if one was required, we begin preparing your project for construction. This includes lodging any required council consent, booking the project into our schedule and confirming the expected start date.
Before work begins, we introduce you to the key people responsible for delivering your project. We also review the plans, materials and site details together, answer any remaining questions and confirm that everything is ready for construction.
06 CONSTRUCTION
Our team begins bringing your approved project to life, working from the agreed plan, quote and material selections. Your project manager and foreman oversee the work and coordinate the different stages and specialists involved.
We keep you informed as construction progresses. If a question, change or important decision arises, we discuss it with you before moving forward so you remain informed and involved throughout the build.
07 COMPLETION AND HANDOVER
Once construction is complete, we carry out a final quality check and walk through the finished project with you. Together, we review the completed work, answer any remaining questions and confirm that the agreed scope has been delivered.
Any final details requiring attention are discussed before handover. We can also talk you through the ongoing care your new landscape may need, leaving you ready to use, enjoy and look after your finished outdoor space.
